  • Pu'u O Mahuka Heiau- one of the most well-preserved ancient Hawaiian temples in Hawaii. Overlooking Waimea Bay, this heiau was once site of human sacrifices and a place where the wives of chiefs gave birth.
  • Camp Pupukea- a Boy Scouts of America, Aloha Council campground, also offers many well marked nature trails in the mountain behind the estate.
  • Happy Trails Hawaii - horseback riding adventure through 350 acres of private ranch land, cool sun filtered forests, and wild tropical orchards on Oahu's beautiful North Shore. Soak up the scenery of lush Waimea Valley, and enjoy an intimate group size of just 6-10 riders
  • Sharks Cove at Kalalua Point- world-class snorkeling and diving await you just below the estate. This cove is part of the State of Hawaii's Marine Sanctuary and offers even beginners easy access to an abundance of marine life from turtles, fish, eels, octopus and sharks to an occasional dolphin.   • North Shore Cycles- rent a bike and ride along the North Shore's paved bike route from Sharks Cove to Sunset Beach.
  • Starbuck's Coffee- get your morning java and mingle with everyone from pro surfers to Hollywood actors at this local franchise.
  • Waimea Audubon Center - Enjoy easy access to rare and endangered Hawaiian flora and fauna in lush Waimea Valley. This Audubon Center features hundreds of acres of strolling paths and hiking trails, world class botanical gardens, and rich archeological sites.

  • Kaena Point Natural Area Reserve-The reserve is also a refuge for the very rare Hawaiian monk seal, and green sea turtles crawl ashore to bury their eggs in the sand. Seabirds, including Laysan Albatross, Red-footed and Brown Boobies, the Wedge-tailed Shearwater and Brown Noddy are common to the area.
